Endermology LPG + Laser + RF + Infrared + Cavitation Endermology – why is it worth it?

Endermology LPG is a non-invasive cosmetic procedure. During the treatment, a specialised massaging device is used in order to reduce the visibility of cellulite, to contour the body and improve skin firmness so as to bring out its inner beauty.

Treatment with Endermomed apparatus guarantees concrete results in terms of body shaping due to usage of a myriad of different methods such as radio waves, infrared light, low-frequency ultrasound, vacuum massage and massage with spherical rollers. The combination of the aforementioned methods enables us to achieve tangible results after each successive treatment. Having had the procedure an improvement of skin condition should be observed. Enderemologie makes skin firmer, reduce not only fat tissue, but also wrinkles.

Endermologie is typically used to target areas of the body where cellulite is most common, such as the thighs, buttocks and abdomen. The treatment is painless and does not require any anesthesia or downtime, although multiple sessions may be needed to achieve the desired results.

Endermology Warsaw – what makes us stand out?

As one of the few on the market, our endermology LPG in Warsaw is enriched with:

  • Laser
  • RF
  • Cavitation
  • Infrared light

Thanks to this, we obtain much better and more lasting effects of the treatment.

What does an endermologie session look like?

The Endermomed apparatus used for endermology treatments combines different methods together such as vacuum massage, spherical roller massage, radio waves, ultrasound and laser.

During the treatment a hand-held device with suction is used to gently massage and stretch the skin, soft tissue and underlying fat. This action is believed to stimulate the lymphatic system, thus improving blood circulation and breaking down fat cells, which in turn reduce cellulite and have a smoothing effect on the skin.

Deeper layers of skin and adipose tissue are heated up through radio waves emission. In combination with vacuum massage and laser, we are able to get rid of unwanted fat from the treated body part with greater precision. Infrared light beams through lipolysis stimulation influence the skin firmness. The Endermomed introduced an innovative use of ultrasound, thus intensifying effects obtained in previous stages. It is thanks to cavitation ultrasonic liposuction that one can feel “loosening” of fat tissue immediately after the treatment.

How to prepare for endermologie / tissue massage?

If you are planning to undergo endermology treatment, there are a few things you can do to prepare for it:

  • Stay hydrated – drinking plenty of water before and after the treatment improves the effectiveness of tissue massage and prevents dehydration.
  • Avoid alcohol and caffeine – they dehydrate your body and affect blood circulation.
  • Abstain from heavy meals – it’s recommended to resign from heavy meals before the treatment, as this can make you feel uncomfortable during the massage.
  • Wear comfortable clothing – you may need to undress partially or completely during the treatment, so it is recommended to wear loose and comfortable clothing.
  • Discuss any health concerns with your therapist – should you have any health conditions or concerns, it’s important to discuss them with the beautician, as some conditions are contraindications to undergoing the treatment.

Any additional instructions provided by the beautician should be taken into account to ensure the best possible outcome from endermologie.

What effects may be expected?

Tissue massage helps improve circulation and lymphatic drainage apart from overall appearance by reducing not only cellulite, but also body fat. However, it should be noted that individual results may vary. It is important to consult with a beautician before undergoing any new treatments concerning the treated area.
