Preparing for gel manicure
Gel manicure at Easy Waxing does not require any kind of prior preparation. If previous nail design was done at another beauty studio, please let us know while setting up an appointment. It will enable us to book enough time to successfully carry out the treatment.
Does gel manicure damage natural nail plate?
Above all it should be emphasized that you should avoid peeling away gel layer form the nail plate. Should it be damaged due to for example a great impact or a knife cut, it is advised to set up an appointment to get it fixed as soon as possible.
While carrying out any kind of manicure – therefore gel manicure – sterile tools are used during the procedure. Apart from that, we use disposable polishers and files of the appropriate gradations that do not damage the natural nail plate while preparing it for gel application. Precision of application is equally important in order to prevent air bubbles from getting under the base layer of gel.
