• it is not advisable to do makeup on the day of tanning.

After the Treatment:

• try not to touch tanned areas until the tan is thoroughly dry as the color may transfer to clothes;
• avoid baths, showers, or any strenuous exercises for at least 8 hours after application as they could lead to excessive perspiration;
• after 8 – 10 hours you should shower to remove the tanning preparation. Having done so you can comfortably wear all clothes you wish, take a bath or go to a gym.
