Fractional microneedle mesotherapy in Warsaw and Wrocław

Mezoterapia mikroigłowaFractional microneedle mesotherapy is a slightly invasive treatment which serves as an alternative to aesthetic medicine procedures. It combines medical and cosmetic technologies. The treatment is based on controlled puncturing of the skin with the use of specialist head with multiple microneedles which length varies from 0.5mm to 2.5mm. The punctures are controlled both in regard to their number as well as the depth of reach. The aim of mesotherapy is to stimulate the natural regeneration processes of the skin and facilitating transportation of active substances applied through destruction of local tissue structure during the controlled micropuncturing. Simultaneously, the emerging microcanals serve as paths for the bioactive cocktail to reach deep into the skin. Active ingredients of the cocktail are selected for the individual client, depending on the skin’s condition. Among the active biosubstances applied to the skin are moisturisers, strengtheners, and ingredients stimulating cellular metabolism and production of collagen and elastin, such as: hyaluronic acid, organic silica, multivitamin complexes.

What does the fractional microneedle mesotherapy treatment look like?

After cleansing, disinfection and local anesthesia of the area, the beautician moves the head equipped with multiple microneedles which in regular time intervals and distance gently puncture the surface of the tissue. Due to the uniformity of the needles’ length, depth of reach, and angle, the puncture spots remain strictly defined for every needle and every treated area. Thus the bioactive cocktail reaches the same depths into the tissue, which translates to better stimulation of the renewal processes of the skin.

How does the fractional microneedle mesotherapy work?

Microbleeding appears as a result of the puncturing. This triggers a cascade physiological reaction during which growth agents contained in blood are released. These agents stimulate he tissue’s renewal processes which include the production of collagen and elastin. Furthermore, the bioactive cocktail injected into the emerged microcanals provides ingredients for improving the regeneration of the skin in the long term.

Fractional microneedle mesotherapy - the effects

The treatment works on two levels: it revitalizes the skin and regenerates it. The results can be see directly after the treatment, as well as within the next few weeks after due to the progressive regeneration and revitalization of the skin.

The results include:

  • revitalizing of the skin and strengthening of its structure through remodelling of the collagen and elastin fibers, which makes the moisturising, firming and tightening of the skin visible;
  • reduction of wrinkles, acne scars, stretch marks, skin discoloration, and folds;
  • face volumetry binding;
  • improved blood circulation of the skin.

How often to make mesotherapy

The number of recommended treatments depends on the skin’s condition and its problems. Already after the first visit the skin is more elastic, firm, and tight, and with time the betterment of the skin’s structure and color becomes more noticeable. However, in order to achieve long-term results, more than a single treatment is required in most cases. To improve the general condition of the skin and rejuvenate it, we recommend 2-5 treatments every 2-4 weeks. With scars, especially olrder ones, there might be a need for a higher number of treatments every 2-4 weeks.
